ONDREJ ADÁMEK
Seven Stones
1h20 sans entracte
In 2018, the world premiere of Czech composer Ondřej Adámek’s first opera Seven Stones was received with great enthusiasm at the Aix-en-Provence festival. The audience discovered this unclassifiable and unique piece, in which the choir turns into an orchestra, each member playing an instrument while singing. By performing this work, there is no doubt that the engagement and precision shown by accentus / axe 21 will make a strong impression once again. A vocal and musical prowess, making this poetic performance a must-see event.
The accentus / axe 21 ensemble
allows the expression of the personalities and talents of soloists from accentus in the contemporary repertoire, of the one-voice type.
