⚠️ CANCELLATION ⚠️
Due to the measures taken in the context of the health crisis, we regret to announce the cancellation of the POULENC / BRITTEN / VILLETTE concert.
Sacred or profane? accentus delves into both repertories, provided they are a cappella! Under the guidance of Stephen Layton, the choir blossoms in 20th century vocal polyphony, interpreting the Four Short Prayers of Francis of Assisi, a fervent work by Francis Poulenc for four male voices, and choral works of great sobriety by Benjamin Britten. Finally accentus pays tribute to Pierre Villette, whose motets with Scandinavian-style split vocal lines form a spectacular contrast.
